開発RO膜についてベトナム現地にてPOC実施予定（IJIEプログラム）としており、現地大学との連携?ネットワーク強化を目的として、ベトナム国家大学ハノイ校（VNU）で遠藤守信先生の特別講演「Special lecture towards collaboration between VNU-CRES and Shinshu Uni.」がベトナムのハノイ市で開催されました。
連携機関のVNU-CRES（Central Institute for Natural Resources and Environmental Studies）のLuu The Anh（Director general）、Van Giang Le.先生の他、VNU-HSB（Hanoi School of Business & Management）のDzung Mai Viet (Max)（Head, Sci., Tech. and Development Cooperation Office）、Tran Ngoc Ca（Vice Dean, Faculty of Non-Traditional Security）、Trinh Van Quyen先生たちが主催し、これまで交流してきたVNU-UET（University of Engineering and Technology）のNguyen Ngoc An先生らの188bet体育_188bet备用网址者たちの協力によって開催されました。
