Overview
Architecture Division understands the background of environmental formation, tackles future problems, and proposes solutions from Shinshu to the world
Shinshu, located in the central mountain areas of the Japanese archipelago, is characterized by a beautiful environment formed by humans in harmony with nature. The Architecture Division proposes better future human architecture to the world, by inheriting various heritages from the past.

- Architecture design and theory, and community development
- Building life cycle and CO2 reduction
- Various problems of humans and the environment, comfort of public spaces, and distance recognition in construction space
- History of architecture in Japan and foreign countries, and conservation and regeneration of historic buildings
