Water Environment and Civil Engineering Division

Overview

The target of this division is to generate safe, secure, and comfortable living environments for supporting societies and regions.

The Water Environment and Civil Engineering Division fosters engineers who can cultivate the future from civil engineering and water management viewpoints by using various technologies such as construction of infrastructure (for improving a disaster-resistant social environment), disaster management in harmony with the natural environment, water resources management for efficient and beneficial use, and recycling of seawater and sewage water.
