Division of Social Implementation (DSI) has a key role for providing the informatic and metrics on scientific or social impact by the research outcomes of IFES3.0. Very feasible, reviewed, and selected researches can be promoted as the DSI projects, realizing social implementation and business profits. Dr. Ohkawa also has been appointed as the CTO, AquaTeXMedical, Inc, a Delaware C-Corporation established in 2020, and is responsible for due diligences, intellectual properties, and regulatory process developments. He is a part of international, collaborative activities of IFES3.0, planning and executing online seminars or workshops, as the best learning practices and opportunities for graduate students and researchers at IFES3.0
