44通院治療室ACVC病棟緩和医療チームカンファレンス風景ACVC外来信州がんセンター手術風景 ■ 信州がんセンター Shinshu Cancer Center 「信州がんセンター」は、平成25年に旭町庁舎に新規設立され平成30年4月に南病棟に移転しました。緩和を含めた集学的がん治療部、がん医療支援部、がん情報部、がんゲノム医療部の4部門からなります。本センターは、通院治療室の運用と入院病床も有し、診療部門の拡充を図り、多がん種の化学療法、放射線治療および緩和医療を臓器横断的に高度かつ集学的に診療提供できる体制をとっています。院内全体の化学療法のレジメン管理、緩和医療の支援にも心がけています。またがん医療支援部は、がんに関する相談窓口、情報提供や地域との病診連携の推進を行っています。がん情報部は、院内および全国がん登録業務を行い、院内のみならず長野県内の病院のがん疫学情報の収集と提供を行っています。The Shinshu Cancer Center was established in 2013. This center involved in Divisions of comprehensive cancer therapy, supportive care, cancer registration and cancer genomic medicine. This center provides cancer therapy including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, palliative care and further supportive care for patients on out- and hospitalized basis. Hospital- and population-based cancer registries were also performed in this center to provide important data such as cancer prevalence and treatment outcomes for patients with cancer. ■ 先端心臓血管病センター Advanced Cardiovascular Center 平成17年に循環器内科、心臓血管外科、小児科循環器の各部門が協力して心臓血管疾患の国際的な水準をリードする診療?教育?188bet体育_188bet备用网址を提供するために先端心臓血管病センター（ACVC）が設立されました。東3階病棟と先端心臓血管病センター外来を中心に、高度救命救急センター?胸痛センター?手術部?集中治療部、脳卒中?心臓病等総合支援センターと連携して活動しています。 成人期を迎えた先天性心疾患の患者さんが適切な医療を受けられることを目的に、平成25年に先端心臓血管病センター内に「成人先天性心疾患センター」を開設しています。平成27年には植込型補助人工心臓の施設認定を受け重症心不全患者さんに対し実施し現在実績を積み重ねつつあります。また令和5年より埋込型補助人工心臓による長期在宅補助人工心臓治療（DestinationTherapy）の実施施設にも認定されました。 高齢化社会を迎えて増加する心臓血管疾患に対し、長野県の循環器診療のコアセンターとして地域と密着して最先端の診療を実践します。The Advanced Cardiovascular Center (ACVC) was established in 2000 to provide an international level of medical care, education and research with the collaboration of cardiovascular medicine, cardiovascular surgery and pediatrics. We are working in East 3 Ward and ACVC outpatient clinic in cooperation with the Advanced Emergency & Critical Care Center, Chest Pain Center, Surgery Center, Intensive Care Unit and Comprehensive Support Center for Stroke and Heart Disease. The Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center (ACHC) was opened in our center in 2013 to ensure that patients with congenital heart disease who have reached adulthood receive appropriate medical care. We introduced implantable ventricular assist device in 2015 for patients with end stage heart failure. In addition, from 2023, we have been certified as a facility to provide long-term home assisted artificial heart therapy (Destination Therapy) using an implantable artificial heart. We also offer advanced medical care to all patients with cardiovascular disease as a core center for cardiovascular medicine in Nagano with regional health care systems.
