45移植医療の広報活動ニュークックチルでの食事提供無菌室での造血骨髄細胞移植栄養指導風景腎移植の手術風景肝移植の手術風景臨床栄養部スタッフ入院患者の栄養管理 ■ 移植医療センター Transplantation Center 信州大学医学部附属病院は、国内3例目の生体肝移植、世界初の成人生体肝移植、国内初の脳死肝移植をそれぞれ成功に導き、また、造血幹細胞移植（骨髄移植、臍帯血移植）、腎移植においても実績を重ねてきておリます。また、東京大学医学部附属病院と提携し、心臓移植登録を行っています。 当センターは、信州大学医学部附属病院の移植医療の窓口として、臓器提供者と患者様および御家族のケア、移植に関する広報活動、臓器提供の推進、移植医療に関わるスタッフの育成などを行うことを目的として、平成18年7月に設置されました。それぞれの移植担当医をはじめとする各診療科間と連絡を取リながら、円滑な移植医療の推進を行っています。Shinshu University Hospital has achieved satisfactory results in the field of living donor liver transplantation, deceased donor liver transplantation, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and also in kidney transplantation. In partnership with the University of Tokyo Hospital, heart transplant candidates are registered on the list. This center was established in July 2006 for the purpose of patients and family care, disseminating information about transplantation, promoting organ donation, and making transplantation special staffs. We are promoting the transplantation, cooperating with the specialists in each field of the transplantation. ■ 臨床栄養部 Division of Clinical Nutrition 臨床栄養部では管理栄養士による最新のエビデンスに基づく栄養治療を実践しています。病棟ごとに管理栄養士を配置し（一部常駐）入院患者の栄養管理を行っています。NSTをはじめとする各種チーム医療にも参画しております。2022年10月より安心安全な食事提供のために「ニュークックチルシステム」を導入しています。「ニュークックチルシステム」は加熱調理された料理を急速冷却し、チルド（３℃）で保存するものです。本システムにより食品の安全性が確保され提供直前の加熱により適温による食事提供がされています。また入院、外来患者に対し、栄養指導を行っており、自宅で栄養療法ができるよう支援しております。The Division of Clinical Nutrition has nutrition therapy practice based on the latest scientific evidence by registered dietitians. We assign registered dietitians for each ward to manage the nutritional condition of inpatients, and join multidisciplinary teams (e.g., Nutrition Support Team).In October 2020, a new cooking system (the new cook-chill system) was introduced to provide meals with more safety and security than conventional cooking systems. This system rapidly cools meals immediately after cooking, stores them in chilled form (3℃), and can maintain food security and heats them just before serving to ensure that meals are served at an appropriate temperature.We also provide dietary advice (nutritional counseling) to inpatients and outpatients, helping them to practice nutrition therapy at home.
