48CAR-T細胞療法（治験製品製造）人工呼吸器の研修会血液透析の準備液体窒素自動供給型細胞保管タンク人工心肺装置の操作 ■ 先端細胞治療センター Center for Advanced Cell Therapy 先端細胞治療センターでは、平成18年12月に24時間環境モニタリングシステムを完備した細胞?組織調製施設（CPC：CellProcessingCenter）が開設されたことにより、院内で細胞加工物の製造ならびに保管管理が可能となりました。院内の各診療科から要望のあった再生医療、遺伝子治療、細胞治療、移植医療等の領域に関わる技術開発や臨床試験の補助を行い、国内における先端医療を推進しています。また、再生医療や細胞治療に関わる資格取得のための人材育成も併せて行っています。As of December 2006, the Cell Processing Center （CPC） was equipped with an environmental monitoring system. This has enabled us to manufacture and to manage the storage of cell products in the Center for Advanced Cell Therapy. Upon request, we will assist each department in our hospital with technical development and clinical trial in areas including regenerative medicine, gene therapy, cell therapy, and transplantation medicine. With this approach, we will be able to promote advanced medical therapy in Japan. We will also train members of the technical and medical staff who wish to acquire qualifications in regenerative medicine and cell therapy. 1）CAR-T細胞療法（小児科、血液内科、産科婦人科） Chimeric antigen receptor （CAR） T-cell therapy （Pediatrics, Hematology, Obstetrics & Gynecology） 2）膵島移植（移植外科） Islet transplantation （Transplant Surgery） ■ 臨床工学部 Department of Clinical Engineering 臨床工学部では、安全な医療機器を患者様が使えるように、病院内の医療機器の保守管理を行い、医療機器の安全を確保しています。また、医療機器の正しい使用方法を医療職員に指導したり、人工呼吸器、人工心肺装置、血液浄化装置などの生命維持管理装置の操作も行い、様々な治療のサポートを行っています。The Department of Clinical Engineering maintains and manages medical equipment in hospitals so that safe medical equipment can be used by patients, and ensures the safety of medical equipment. We also provide guidance to medical staff on how to use medical equipment correctly, and operate life support devices such as respirators, cardiopulmonary bypass machines, and blood purification devices to support various treatments.
