These simulators are widely used not only by medical and nursing students, but also by residents/young doctors, nurses, co-medical staffs and so on for their education and training.After the renovation of Shinshu University Hospital, the Labo is expected to become a more engaged laboratory.閲覧室腹腔鏡下手術シミュレーターバーチャルIV他を使用した技術研修診療記録 閲覧?貸出窓口 ■ 先端医療教育研修センター Education and Training Center 平成19年6月に開設された先端医療教育研修センターは、院内だけでなく院外の医師や看護師、メディカルスタッフそして学生を対象とした技術トレーニングや各種研修会を行い、安全で良質な医療や看護を提供できる実践力の高い医療人の育成を目的としています。令和５年度の研修センター利用者は、延べ464名です。The ETCAM has been founded in June 2007 to provid various programs for basic medical skills and advanced skills by installing equipments and simulators for medical staffs and students. In 2023, 464 peoples used the center. ■ 診療録管理室 Medical Records Management Office 診療記録および診療情報を適切に管理し、日々の診療業務支援、教育?188bet体育_188bet备用网址などに貢献できるよう取り組んでいます。また、診療記録の点検により診療情報の精度を高め、診療情報の収集や活用を行うことで医療の質向上、病院経営に寄与しています。全面的な電子カルテ運用となった現在、紙媒体での管理を要する文書、写真等を電子化するスキャンセンターの運営も行っています。【人員構成】室長１名（医師） 副室長１名（事務）診療情報管理士８名 事務職11名（パート含む）【主な業務】?診療記録の点検?疾病コーディング（ICD-10）等による診療情報の分類?電子カルテ移行前の外来および入院診療記録の管理?紙媒体での管理を要する文書等の電子化（スキャン）?院内がん登録We offer integrated management of medical records to support daily medical care, education and research. We also perform clinical coding with various medical information to aim for improvement of medical services and hospital management.Recently, we have switched medical records from paper-based to electronic records.To adjust to the environment, we run a scan center where provides scanning services of paper documents and photos.
