The details of our works are as follows; preparing the medicines according to the prescription, inpatient and outpatient total parenteral nutrition, the preparation of anti-cancer agents, the preparation of special formulations and the collection of drug information for use in medicines; program sponsoring, patient compliance instructions, medicine management, therapeutic drug monitoring, the medicine administration design support and investigational products accountability. Our hospital has allocated pharmacists to hospital wards, the outpatient chemotherapy center, the advanced emergency and critical care center, the operating room, the medical safety management office, the infection management center, and the clinical trial research center. Pharmacists are also active as the member of the nutrition support team and the palliative care team. We reinforce appropriate use of medicines and carry out advanced medical treatments.
