Get on the “Shindai-Yokota Circulation Line” or “Asama Line” at "Castle Exit Bus Stop 23," on the right side after exiting the “Castle Exit (East Exit)” of JR Matsumoto Station, and get off at the “Shinshu Daigaku Mae” stop (200 yen).
