A program to help promising young researchers succeed on a higher level

We will designate particularly outstanding young researchers involved with ICCER as a "Rising Star (RS)". The hope is to help establish up-and-coming RS researchers to become distinguished Principal Investigators (PIs), by strategically promoting talent, create new academic disciplines and cultivate core technologies through a melting pot of innovation among promising RS researchers. RS researchers are provided with a research environment that enable dedicated advanced research. Special support for basic research costs and by ensuring research time, priority support is provided through evaluations such as early promotion opportunities and benefits of provision allowances encouraging research excellence.
