a) Be of non-Japanese nationality
b) Fall into one of the following three categories:
1.have completed 12 years of school education in a foreign country or expect to have completed it by March 31 of the year of application
2.are recognized to have the equivalent to the above by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology
3.have obtained the International Baccalaureate given by the Baccalaurean Office in Switzerland and have reached the age of 18 by March 31 of the year of application
a) Step I:Must take Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students(EJU):Science Field. Those who score more than 80% of the test and pass the screening of other documents can proceed to the Step II
?Each year in June and November, the EJU is administered in Japan as well as some major cities outside of Japan.Inquiries about the test must be addressed to Japan Student Services Organization,(JASSO)at their homepage
